*Volunteers must be 13 years of age to help with this task. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where to Check-In?
Please arrive on time and enter through the center entrance of the Vernon Malone Center. In the lobby, you will see the Front Desk with the Meals on Wheels sign on the left and the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle sign on the right. You will be greeted by a staff member and brought to the warehouse when it is time.
Dress Code
You must wear CLOSED-TOE/HEEL SHOES.
We recommend bringing gloves and water.
Tasks
Expect medium to heavy lifting, loading/unloading food donations, recording food weight, and categorizing food per program. Other duties may be assigned by our Warehouse Manager depending on the needs of the day.
