Summer Meals

Summer Meals at the Food Shuttle are back starting on Monday, June 16th! 

In partnership with the City of Raleigh and the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina (FBCENC), the Food Shuttle is preparing and delivering meals to children of Wake County. With the volume of food and summer feeding sites, we are looking for volunteer drivers to help us deliver these hot and cold lunches every weekday! Volunteer drivers will report to the Food Shuttle's Raleigh Warehouse (1001 Blair Drive, Ste. 120, Raleigh, NC 27603) to pick up meals in food carriers and will end their shift back here to return paperwork and empty carriers. These drivers are asked to use their personal vehicles to transport the meals for ease and comfort.
