In our efforts to help provide healthy food for our hungry neighbors, HRH volunteers will help us with various tasks including sorting food donations and preparing emergency food boxes.

The Food Shuttle is working to maintain the highest level of service possible to provide food to our community recipients. Please know, we are committed to providing the best health and safety practices to protect our team members, volunteers, partners, and the ones we serve. Main practices include handing washing stations, gloves at designated sites, and avoiding close contact, as much as possible during volunteer activity.
Other requirements:
- If you feel or show symptoms of being sick, please stay home – contact the Volunteer Services team to cancel your shift prior to your start date and time.
- If you are 65 and older, we ask that you refrain from volunteering at this time.
- Before and after performing any volunteer activity, you must wash your hands
- Gloves will be provided at designated volunteer sites (ask a staff member)
- Avoid skin to skin or close contact
