Description

Harvest berries at the Food Shuttle Farm! Volunteers will help pick blueberries and blackberries from thornless plants. This is labor intensive and involves significant walking as well as kneeling, crouching, and lifting. Other tasks may be available during this shift.

Parking

Please park along the tree line where you will see staff/volunteer vehicles.

Checking In

When you exit your vehicle take a short walk on the gravel road past the greenhouse until you reach the multi-purpose farm building on your left. A staff member will be there to greet you at this location.

Important Information

Volunteers should bring water and wear close-toed shoes and clothes they don't mind getting dirty. If you have allergies, bring any necessary medication. The farm has a minimum age of 13 and a ratio of 1 adult to 5 kids.
