Sign up to volunteer for a nutrition education and cooking demonstration workshop for Senior adults living independently, in low-income housing.
This class will be hosted at Meadowcreek Apartments in Raleigh on Wednesday, March 8th from 11am-2pm (this includes 30 mins of setup and 30 mins of clean up). The workshop will start at 11:30am but we will start setting up at 11am.
The three available slots correspond to 1 Culinary Instructor, and 2 Classroom Assistants. Please include the slot you are signing for in the notes. More details about the workshop will be emailed to you 1 week prior to the workshop. Any other questions before than can be emailed to andrea@foodshuttle.org.
