Sign up to volunteer for a nutrition education and cooking demonstration workshop for Senior adults living independently, in low-income housing.
This class will be hosted at Amber Spring Apartments in Raleigh on Tuesday, July 11th from 1:30-4:30pm (this includes 30 mins of setup and 30 mins of clean up). The workshop will start at 2pm but we will start setting up at 1:30pm.
The two available slots correspond to 1 Culinary Instructor, and 1 Classroom Assistant. Please include the slot you are signing for in the notes. More details about the workshop will be emailed to you 1 week prior to the workshop. Any other questions before than can be emailed to andrea@foodshuttle.org.
