
Who We Are
Our Food Service and Culinary team works hard daily to help prepare food for our neighbors in our community. Housed in a shared kitchen space with Food Runners Collaborative, our team prepares meals to be distributed the same day and assembles blast frozen Individual Quality Fresh (IQF) meals to extend our food's reach.
What We Do
Volunteer opportunities will include all things culinary! Volunteers will assist and learn:
- Food safety and sanitation
- Knife skills and familiarity with commercial equipment
- Direct instruction from local chefs
- Culinary terminology
- Cooking techniques
- Baking and pastry
- Life and employment skills
- Event prep and service
