Come learn what Gardens For Everyone is all about and pre-assemble 5 boxes with us! We will be training volunteers on how to build 4’ x 8’ x 20” garden boxes. These boxes will be going to an early childcare center in downtown Durham. In total, the childcare will receive 10 boxes and a chicken coop from the Food Shuttle.
If you’ve heard of Gardens For Everyone, but weren’t really sure what it entails, this is your chance to find out! Don’t shy away you don’t have to be expert in construction, just be willing to work hard and get a little dirty in the process! Come Rain or Shine in the event of rain we will look to move into the Farm’s multipurpose building.
